The company uses the "solid seal column" process based on the automatic pressure gel molding (APG) of epoxy resin. The APG process shortens production cycles from ten hours to ten minutes while controlling exothermic effects, compensating for shrinkage from curing, and delivering high dimensional stability and mechanical strength.

The APG production line includes three main sub-processes: pre-mixing of materials, automatic pressure gel molding, and solidification after molding. Equipment includes precision molds, pressure vessels, hydraulic gel molding machines, compressors, industrial ovens, and auxiliary machines.

Pouring material is critical to the reliability and stability of cemented pole products. We source high-quality materials from Vantico (Switzerland) and Jiaxing Oriental Chemical Plant, ensuring world-class raw material quality.

We utilize Japanese-developed pouring material consisting of epoxy resin and spherical silica with two or more diameters, offering high strength, thermal resistance, and toughness -- with thermal resistance and strength at 1.3 times and 1.5 times, respectively, of common resin. Our APG production yields 48 times more products than general vacuum pouring methods.
